Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your Rivura Metabolic must be: unused, unopened, in original packaging, and with all documentation intact. Food supplements with opened or used packaging cannot be accepted due to food safety regulations.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card you used with the courier).

Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation Before Delivery

You can cancel your order before it ships at no cost. Once your order has been dispatched, you must use the standard return process.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your package, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued within 14 business days. Return shipping costs may apply.
